Chai has been a privileged witness to various ‘adda’ sessions, thought provoking debates and heartfelt confessions. Although not ritualised, chai is a part of everyday life at office meetings, rainy afternoons, Sunday mornings, during travels and is enjoyed throughout the day.
Every morning when India begins her day, every nondescript tea stall provides respite to on-goers with their version of 'Chai".
